Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This policy explains what information The Well and Wild collects, why, and what happens to it. The Well and Wild is run by Francesca Heinz Marino. When this policy says "we" or "us", that's who it means.
If you have a question about any of this, email francesca@thewellandwild.com.
What we collect
When you sign up for something free, like the 3-Day Reset guide, we collect your name and email address. You might sign up on this website, through a form inside Facebook or Instagram, or by commenting a keyword on one of our Instagram posts.
When you answer an optional question on a signup form, such as what your morning routine looks like right now, we keep your answer.
When you tick an optional box asking to hear about building a business in the wellness space, we record that you said yes. If you don't tick it, we don't send you that information.
When you book a call, we collect your name, your email address, and any other details the booking form asks for, along with the time you chose.
When you message us on Instagram, including by commenting a keyword, we receive your Instagram username and the messages you send.
When you buy something, payment is handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit this website, we use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to understand which of our ads bring people to the site and whether they sign up. We may also record basic information about how people use our pages, such as how far down a page they scroll and how long they stay, so we can make the pages better. We don't record what you type into forms for this.
We don't ask for, and don't want, information about your health conditions, medical history, or anything like that through our forms.
What we use it for
We use your information to:
- send you the thing you signed up for
- send you a short series of follow-up emails about that guide or program
- confirm, remind you about, and follow up on calls you've booked
- reply to your messages
- deliver programs you've paid for
- if you ticked the box for it, occasionally tell you about building a business in the wellness space
- understand which of our ads and pages are working, so we spend less showing ads to people who aren't interested
We don't sell your information. We don't rent it out or trade it.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of services to run the business. They handle your information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- GoHighLevel, which stores our contact list and sends our emails
- Google Workspace, for email and calendar
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ads, signup forms inside those apps, and Instagram messages
- Stripe, for payments
- our website hosting provider
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy covering how they handle data.
We might also share information if the law requires it.
Emails, and how to stop them
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll stop getting marketing emails from us. You can also just reply and ask.
If you've booked a call or bought a program, we'll still send you the emails you need for that, like confirmations and reminders.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as you're on our list or working with us. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you unsubscribed so we don't email you again by mistake. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we have to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we have about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop emailing you
Email francesca@thewellandwild.com and we'll sort it out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honour any request the law gives you.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let people on our list know.
